Sondra is a native of Bossier City, Louisiana and teaches 10th grade biology for Benton High School, where she serves as the head volleyball coach. She has a Masters degree in molecular science and nanotechnology from Louisiana Tech (2013), a Masters in teaching from ULM (2017) and a Masters in medical science from Mississippi College (2019). Although Sondra was introduced to volleyball in college and has been coaching it for 4 years, her career of coaching multiple sports started in 2014. As a coach, her goal is to help each player grow in character and develop mental toughness, which are skills that can ultimately prepare athletes for life beyond sports. This is Sondra’s 1st year coaching with TC Elite.
