Coach Randy coached volleyball at NCAA, NAIA, and NJCAA teams before moving to Louisiana. He currently coaches at The Louisiana School for Math, Science, and the Arts in Natchitoches. At LSMSA, he coaches the girls, co-ed , and boys volleyball teams.
He has coached with TC Elite since 2022.
