Meet our great coaches and director.

Head coach at Centenary for 4 seasons.
Assistant coach at Manchester University in Indiana in 2011 and 2012. While at MU, she tutored all-conference first team and Manchester’s Female Athlete of the Year Amanda Dickman, who led the conference in blocks and ranked nationally in Division III throughout the 2011 campaign. Recruited and coached 2012 all-conference first team and Freshman of the Year Sarah Pruden, who led the conference in kills and points per set.
Assistant at the University of Albany from 2010-11, where she coached Player of the Year Teresa Coppielle and Defensive Player of the Year Laurie Gonzalez and got an American East Conference Championship under her belt.
Played collegiately at Barton Community College where she was an all-region selection in both volleyball and track, an All-American, and as of 2016 she is a member of the Athletic Hall of Fame. Played one season for The University of Tennessee, and her final season at Nicholls State University. There she was named the state of Louisiana and Southland Conference Player of the Year, and was named to the Southland All-Conference First Team and Newcomer of the Year in 2003.
Played professionally overseas in Denmark for five years (2004-2009) and in Finland for one season in 2010. During her stop in Denmark, she played for Fortuna Odense Volley and was part of four Danish National Championships, and four Danish Cup Championships. She was named to the Danish League’s Volleyligaen Team of the Year on three occasions as an outside hitter and during her time in Finland was the second highest point scorer of the Finnish League Mestaruusliiga.
Coach Caley lead our first ever 14’s National Team to winning the Crystal Division at AAU Nationals in Orlando in June of 2022.
Coach Caley lead the 2025 14’s National team to the clubs second ever podium appearance at the Lone Star Classic 2025 as a Runner Up in the Club division.

Prior to his coaching career, Knudsen played as both a pre-professional (1992-1998) and a professional (1998-2010) volleyball player in his native country Denmark. He broke into the Danish professional team as a libero in 1998. He has played in many high level tournaments which include the World Cup, European Cup and Olympic Qualification.
In more than a decade of professional experience, Knudsen earned three Danish Professional Volleyball Libero of the Year accolades and was named a runner-up on five other occasions. He played in more than 25 European Cup matches and 15 national team games.
As a libero, Knudsen helped BM Marienlyst win five Danish National Championships, two Danish Cup Championship Gold Medals and two Nordic Championships Gold Medals.
Following playing professionally, Knudsen kicked off his coaching career in 2010 as a volunteer assistant for the American East Conference Champion Albany Great Danes. Knudsen assisted in scouting of the Great Danes’ opponents for the season and coached America East Libero of the Year, Laurie Gonzalez. In 2011, he served as a men’s and women’s assistant at Hannibal-LaGrange University. Knudsen helped the Trojans men’s volleyball team to their first winning season in program history.
Before Centenary, Knudsen served as an assistant coach in both women’s soccer and volleyball at Manchester University, and was the assistant coach at Centenary. Notably, Coach BT led our 13’s team to an historic victory, securing the first-ever LONESTAR tournament win in 2024.

Bre’s coaching journey has included successful stints as Head Coach at North Caddo High School, where she led the team to their first-ever playoff appearance. She also served as Assistant Coach at C.E. Byrd in 2017 before returning as Head Coach in 2021.
With a remarkable track record of success, Bre has consistently guided the Byrd volleyball team to new heights. In 2021, she led the team to a record-breaking 21 wins. This achievement was surpassed in 2022 with 23 wins and an undefeated District 1-5A championship. The team continued its dominance in 2023 and 2024, achieving 30 wins and another undefeated district championship in 2024. This past season marked a historic milestone for the program with the team hosting and winning their first-ever home playoff game.
Bre’s exceptional coaching has been recognized with numerous accolades, including the District 1-5A Coach of the Year award in 2021, 2022, and 2024.
Beyond her coaching responsibilities, Bre also serves as the Club’s Website and Social Media Coordinator.

Colby Carter is our Business Operations manager. She works full-time as the Total Rewards and HRIS Manager for a healthcare company. Colby has had an active part in volleyball for most of her life, and has been involved with TC Elite since 2018 where she played a large role during the transition from Two Chicks to Twin Cities. She enjoys supporting our TC family in all capacities of the business!

Emily is an elementary education teacher at Parkway High School in Bossier City, Louisiana. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern State University and is also a certified personal trainer. A graduate of Guyer High School in Denton, Texas, Emily excelled in volleyball throughout her high school career, playing varsity for four years. She further honed her skills by playing club volleyball for four years in Dallas.
This will be Emily’s sixth year coaching with TC Elite. Passionate about the sport and dedicated to working with young athletes, Emily is thrilled to be back in the gym, sharing her knowledge and experience with the next generation of volleyball players.

After a standout high school career, Heaven Wudtee continued her volleyball journey at the Division I level, joining the Northern Arizona University Lumberjacks. Her impact was immediate, earning her Outstanding Freshman of the Year in 2017. She consistently excelled, achieving All-Big Sky First Team honors three times. In 2018, she led the Lumberjacks to the Big Sky Championship, earning the Most Valuable Player award. Following her collegiate career, she ranked 7th in program history for hitting percentage (.297) and 12th for kills (1,070). In the spring of 2020, Heaven took a significant step towards her international aspirations by attending the USA National Volleyball Team tryouts in Colorado, where she trained under the legendary Karch Kiraly.

Originally from Diamond Bar, California, Joe currently serves in the United States Air Force and started playing volleyball at the age of 19. Joe comes to TC Elite from his previous assignment in Dover, Delaware and started coaching club volleyball in 2019. This is his third year coaching for TC Elite. He has recently been named the Loyola College Prep School Assistant Coach. He likes to develop athletes into responsible individuals through the game of volleyball and grow the sport he is passionate about.

Jaci Ervin is currently a student at the University Louisiana at Monroe where she studies Medical Laboratory Sciences. She has played volleyball for six years, four of those years at TC Elite. She attended Airline High School and graduated class of 2021 as an outside hitter/middle blocker. Throughout her four years of high school, She was honored to be on the Airline Varsity team and make it to playoffs all four years, three of those years being home playoff games. She was also honored to be Division 1-District 1 Honorable Mention 2019, Division 1-District 1 First-Team All-District of 2020, and a Shreveport-Times Athlete of the Week recipient 2020. Her time at TC Elite has consisted of TC Elite’s first Academy, 17Us, and 18s National team for two years, prior to assistant coaching. This is her third year coaching for TC Elite.

Demarcion is an assistant Coach at Benton High School. He has been an assistant coach on the JV/Varsity high school level for several years. He enjoys coaching volleyball and helping the players achieve their full potential as athletes and students. This is Demarcion’s third year coaching with TC Elite.

Sonny Kerbow is a Texas native who attended Arizona State where he was a two-year starter for the Sun Devils club team. He started the Hickam Air Force Base boys volleyball club team, which finished third in a state tournament, and he spent five years developing the Maryland juniors 16 team, which won several Mid-Atlantic titles. The veteran coach ran various adult teams from 2012-20 in Turkey, Louisiana, Kuwait and Florida. His junior career was spent with Deer Park High School and Houston Juniors club team competing in the Junior Olympics each year from 1992-94. Sonny has won multiple two- and 4-person sand volleyball tournaments throughout the country. This is Sonny’s third year coaching with TC Elite.

Lexi was one of the original members of our first ever 18 National team where she played under head coach BT Knudsen for two seasons as an outside hitter, sometimes playing as setter. She is perhaps the hardest working athlete we have ever had in our club! After playing for Henderson State’s JV team for 3 years, she moved back to Shreveport to work towards her teaching certification and coaches for our Academy programs, and she coached a 14 Shio team in her first season as a club coach. Also in her first year back, she has been named head coach of the brand new volleyball program at Providence Classical Academy.

Coach Randy coached volleyball at NCAA, NAIA, and NJCAA teams before moving to Louisiana. He currently coaches at The Louisiana School for Math, Science, and the Arts in Natchitoches. At LSMSA, he coaches the girls, co-ed , and boys volleyball teams. He has coached with TC Elite since 2022.

Lieutenant Colonel (ret) Jonathan “Jon” Casey served in the USAF for 21 years. He is a combat veteran who supported numerous combat operations overseas. He began playing volleyball at 19 and played at multiple bases around the globe. He began coaching for base intramural teams and led many teams to base championships. After retiring from the Air Force due to medical reasons, Coach Jon began coaching at the JV and Varsity levels around the Shreveport/Bossier City area. In addition to coaching, he has attended collegiate coaching clinics and player clinics to grow his skill and teaching of the game. He coached Junior Varsity for the Shreveport Force and led them to a perfect season, winning the 2018 State Championship. Additionally, he was the assistant Coach for the Shreveport Force Varsity team aiding them in a 21-0 run and winning the 2018 State Championship. Furthermore, as head coach of the Homeschool Force 16U team, he secured the 2018 National Homeschool Championship Goldball in Wichita, Kansas. Coach Jon helped Parkway HS volleyball begin their sport as the inaugural coach in 2017 and is currently the Head Coach for Calvary Baptist Academy, where he has lead his team to two appearances in the State Tournament Finials. Finally, he has coached for the TC Elite Volleyball club for the six seasons and one summer program with the University of Texas.
