The TC Elite Middle School Volleyball League was created in 2019 and had 3 teams participate: TC Elite, St. Joseph, and Ruston. Over the past four seasons, our league has grown to 41 teams competing in the 2022 season with three separate championships: 6th, 7th, and 8th Grade.

When TC Elite Owners Caley Carter and BT Knudsen took over as club Director and Head Coaches, their goal was to create more programs year-round for area players with a focus on the middle school age groups, as there were no opportunities for middle school volleyball players aside from travel volleyball teams. They firmly believe that offering opportunities for younger players with focus on developing fundamental skills correctly, the sport of volleyball in our area would see a great improvement as girls entering high school would already know the game and be able to impact their high school teams from the start. After six years heading TC Elite, their theory has proven itself! Therefore, the Middle School League will continue to exist, even now while several schools have started teams for the first time ever in 2023. 

School teams are allowed to participate in our league and we welcome all middle school aged teams to participate! For Players:

If your school does not have a team, or if you did not make your school team, you are welcome to join us on our TC Elite teams! We play in the same tournaments, hosted by us on our home court Northport Sports Complex, where you will also practice 2 times per week starting August 20th. All participants will receive a practice t-shirt and a game jersey.

Practices:

Wednesdays and Thursdays from 6-7:30pm. Some Thursdays will last through 8pm depending on what teams play that weekend, and some Thursdays may be 5-8pm game nights instead of practice.  We will communicate in advance before these are scheduled to ensure participation.

Tournaments:

6th and 7th Grade – September 13, 27, October 11 (Championship)

8th Grade – August 30, September 6, 20, October 4 (Championship)
